Kristin is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in the design and management of a wide range of high profile projects, including campuses for Microsoft and The Royal Bank of Scotland. She spent the first 15 years of her career with award-winning architectural firms in Seattle, London and Edinburgh, before returning to Virginia to join William McDonough + Partners, where she led projects incorporating the highest levels of sustainable design.

In 2011, Kristin founded Kristin Cory Consulting to establish roots in the Charlottesville community. She specializes in a mix of project types that best showcase her diverse background. Whether it’s designing a small renovation or acting as the owner’s representative on a large commercial project, Kristin brings the same design expertise, construction management skills and collaborative spirit to each of her projects.
