Kristin is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience and a specialization in residential design. Early in her career, she played a key role in a wide range of residential and commercial projects with award-winning architectural firms in Seattle, London, and Edinburgh, before returning to Virginia in 2005. 

For the past 10 years, Kristin has focused on the type of work she finds most meaningful – partnering with clients to create lasting homes that truly suit their families. With strong ties to the local building community and experience across a variety of projects, she guides clients through the design process with clarity and care. Her collaborative approach creates homes that are personal, intentional, and beautifully resolved.
